swimsuit/bikini no boobs but plenty of bottom!

I need a swimsuit or bikini.
I'm size 4-6 on top, 32aa.
size 8 on bottom. bottom is quite 'flabby' though and in need of toning!

what should i be looking for?

if you're a size 4-6 on top you're unlikely to be a 32 bra size. have you read the bra threads on here? by comparison I'm a size 12 and wear a 30 bra band size.
