Decent, reasonably priced light quilted jacket? Anyone recommend one?

I tried to buy one last autumn but absolutely none that I could find had a waist, and all made me look like the Michelin man. I bought a cheapo one on eBay - the shape is lovely but because it's cheapo all the stuffing is coming out, which is not a good look.

Anyone recommend a good one for chilly Spring days? Nothing puffy, just lightly quilted
