Please help with my skin

Was at hair salon earlier - I know the lighting in there is harsh - but my skin looked so awful in the mirror. Came home to check in daylight and it's not good. The texture looks, rough, is the only word I can use to describe it. I've got little bumps on my forehead, open pores around nose and cheeks. Eleven's are looking very deep lately, and have uneven skin tone too.
I know it's all part of the aging process but what products should I now be using to at least help it look better?

I've had great success with the oil cleansing method, it's not for everyone but it suits me down to the ground. There's loads on here about it.

Oh, and I randomly started massaging my 11's to try and make myself more aware of my habitual frowning - it seems to help. I'm frowning less and they seem less pronounced, not sure if that's 'cause I'm less frowny in general or if the massage is actively helping, maybe both.

Should have said - I'm 35, dry, sensitive skin tending to eczema. Had plenty of blocked pores, blackheads and enlarged pores. All are improved with the OCM and occasional aspirin face mask .

I would also second the oil cleansing method.... I have quite large pores on my nose, and I have combination skin. So far so good, I can see a reduction in oiliness and my skin has really evened out and cleared up. Google it for more info. I also swipe my face with diluted tea tree oil every few days.

I've tried OCM and Liz Earle C&P - and lots in between and none worked on the bumpy skin and blocked pores likes this does Neutrogena Visibly Clear Blackhead Eliminating Triple Action Cleanser. Often you can get it on offer for 2 bottles for £5 and it has been fantastic on my skin - never going to use anything else again now
