Sleuths! Blue polka-dot dress worn by Brenda Emmanus on TV interview

Last week I saw Brenda Emmanus interviewing someone on BBC London and she was wearing a gorgeous blue dress with white polka dots. I remember seeing it in a shop/online but I can't for the life of me remember where.

Have searched John Lewis, Hobbs and LK Bennett but no joy, though I suppose it might be a previous season. No joy on Ebay either. Have contacted Brenda and hoping for a response but thought someone on here might know. It's a similar style to LK Bennett's Lydia dress here, similar colour but with white dots and a pink or red slim belt.

Anyone??
