What are Oushka bags like?

I have found one I really like - this one - but have never spent that much on a bag so would love to know if they're worth it.

Failing that, any other suggestions for where to find a decent quality leather bag that's not silly money?

I've got several. All were sale purchases and they are lovely quality and last well (mine are all a few years old) and my everyday purse is Ooshka which takes quite a battering yet still looks fab. None of mine have cost more than £50-60 in the sale.

Thanks, I have just followed them on Twitter and think if I do buy I will try and get a code because at £150+ 20% is quite a lot off!

I really like the Dover I linked to above but am worried the shoulder strap may be too short to go over my shoulder comfortably. And I would like more compartments inside ideally. But it is sooo beautiful... :)

I bought one of their bags a few years ago and loved it, but the colour faded horribly after a couple of months and when I emailed them about it, I didn't get as much as an acknowledgement. On that basis I would never buy from them again.

Op i think that the mothers day code would not work as up untill thw eighth of tjis month they had a twenty percent easter code. Maybe try it and see if that one would magically work?you never know

The Easter one is still on the website homepage but says it ended on the 8th. If they're advertising it they really should honour it but not sure they will!

Just tried and it doesn't work - oh well! Seems they do codes fairly often so I'll keep my eyes open.

I have the Dover in tan. Love it. Have had it a year now, it still looks good, but seldom used, as when out with kids I use my "mum bag." The handle straps can go over shoulder, but it is tight. The longer strap means it can also be used cross-body. Every time I use it, it gets compliments. Smile

I've got the dover in ginger (with the 20% off) and it is lovely! My only issues are the lining which is too twee for my style and the cross body strap is a little short (but I am size 16 18).
