Dandruff - help!

For the last couple of years I have had dandruff that has been getting worse. It seems to be just at the front of my head and is getting embarrassing. I have used various dandruff shampoos - some work for a while then it just comes back. Is there a way of getting rid of it fast? I have a hair appt on Friday morning at one of the Hershesons blow dry bars in London and really want to have calmed it down a bit by then.

Anyone managed to get rid of theirs?

Maybe its not dandruff op. I would mayne go see a doc.

i use tgel sensitive scalp when i have a flair up. its clear and odourless not like the usual t gel. works from the first wash.
