Had my teeth whitened this morning, they didn't feel sensitive at the time but they do now. Is there anything I can do to minimise it?

Paracetamol or ibuprofen and sensitive toothpaste to rub on

Thanks, lovely DP went to the shop and came back with that new colgate stuff and paracetemol- fingers crossed!
