and I mean clothes kinda thing.

My generous PIL have sent me £100 for my birthday to buy some party shoes or something for myself. So kind.

Now I'm looking for inspiration. Can you help? It can be anything that you think is beautiful for around that price.

I would buy one nice item. A coat, a bag, boots or a lovely scarf.
Alternatively a nice watch or piece of jewellery.

I'd buy a jumper.

What item do you feel you could use most?

Are you without anything? I'd buy a nice pair of knee high boots for the coming winter but that's purely because I need a pair & can't afford them yet.

A 12kg kettlebell
A bottle of Molton Brown Blissful Templetree shower gel
Then either a spree (!) at H&M or a jumper for £50 ish.

I'd buy a cashmere jumper. Something I'd not normally afford. Winter boots are good too, but if you'd buy them anyway, not such a treat.

Thanks all. Nice ideas. II need some decent jeans. Some jumpers. And a cashmere one would be lovely. Could do with smart shoes for occasions and a smart bag but that feels boring as it's necessity rather than desire!

Jeans too much of a headache so maybe a really lovely jumper.

A pair of Russel and Bromley tan leather loafers. They are £150 and I can't quite justify them :(

Given the time of year I would buy a cashmere scarf from COS, they are a generous size and fluffy as a cloud, they have fab cashmere gloves as well. I seem to have lost mine Hmm

a clutch bag as i'd never spend that amount on myself, yet I CRAVE a decent one which i'd wear to everything!
