So tall for age and very slim 10 year old needs vests as she feels the cold but I haven't ever found something that doesn't end up wide and short was worn and washed a few times...

Vertbaudet and M&S seem to sell (not not all in stock!) the right product but any other suggestions???

We bought DD the M&S plain white boys vests and pants and dyed them funky colours. (She was irritated by the elastic in the girls vest/pants)

I know what you mean, the thermal vests that are kind of ribbed with a soft lining tend not to lose their shape as much as the standard vests.

dd is also 10 and wears boys (the girls ones are pink Confused) t shirt style thermal vests from asda under her school shirts in winter and loves 'em.

You could try stretching them out when they're damp too.

New look do really good white strappy vests. Think they're £2 a vest.

dd 10 wears boys ones from Asda! hates girly things, hates 'trim' and she is very tall so we opened them up to find some that would be long enough.

We have also had success with basic vests in primark, in the womens section, size 8-10. long and come in good colours.

H and m. They are about £4 and long. I have the same ones from about 4 years ago and exactly same shape still as new ones I brought a few weeks back

Cheers will hunt out H&M think I probably didn't buy them when I saw in the shops as you have to get a 2 pack of one white/one black, or they didn't have the right size in stock (why are they always so limited on underwear stock???? Same issue trying to buy boxer knickers)

They had some in Next today and I bought some for the same reason. Came in packs of 3 for £7 and seem to be fairly good quality and not too frilly.

Might be worth also looking at a ladies size 4/6 in M & S as they had some plain vests in my local one that I thought would be an alternative if I couldn't have found girls ones.

I've got a 10% discount voucher plus I reckon they can wear grey under white school blouses?
