I really need your help. Due to massive problems with my feet i have to buy granny fied shoes for comfort, support and to fit my special insoles in.

Recently someone recommended a shoe company on here with a link for problem feet. It may have been french - not certain though.

I really liked the look of their shoes because they looked supportive but not grannyish.

Now i've lost the thread! Ring any bells anyone?

Thank you

Found them! El naturalista. Have ordered a pair but not sure how supportive they look. Will wear them around the house for a while first.

Ooh, I'm interested to hear about how you get on. I have dodgy feet, some bones fused in my ankle and now getting bunions too. I have orthotics, but find I rely on wearing them with converse too much which I'm sure can't be good.

The orthotics don't really fit in my new clarks boots very well. I've found most boots don't have the right support around the ankle, so my foot slips out and I really makes my ankle worse.

Which boots did you get?

Well - disappointed. I got the pull on boots a size bigger than normal and they are way to narrow and will never fit my orthotics. Lovely shoes though for people with normal feet!

Does anyone have suggestions better than hotters where I currently buy my shoes? I need them wide and supportive, preferably removeable insoles to allow for orthotics. Looking for nice boots for winter. At this rate I'm gonna have to get granny style from hotters!
