My previously beautiful, strong nails suddenly started splitting and breaking about 2 months ago. I don't think my hands have more contact with water than they used to and I cannot see what has changed in my diet to cause this.
So I have bought a skin, hair, nails supplement. Has anyone used one and seen any improvement?
