Code is NL25PC.

Their down coats are amazingly warm here

woohoo, ta! i was just thinking this morning on the nursery run about getting a landsend coat

£40 off my coat, yay!

hugoagogo Fri 21-Sep-12 11:18:17

Thanks muchly; just what I needed. smile

They have some winter coats in their outlet here for less than half price and the code still takes a further 25% off the prices. There are some nice looking down ones but no colour I would wear in a small enough size. Having said that there was a reasonable choice of other coats in small sizes too. I've just ordered a couple of insulated coats for £45 each to see if either will do for an outdoorsy weekend away I have coming up as sensible coats not my normal thing and I wasn't sure what I was going to wear.

Thanks v much for the code

JuliaFlyte Fri 21-Sep-12 17:36:24

So pleased you all used it grin

abitcoldupnorth Fri 21-Sep-12 17:57:00

feck. just had one delivered angry

JuliaFlyte Fri 21-Sep-12 18:03:09

Return it and reorder with the code, people do it all the time

abitcoldupnorth Fri 21-Sep-12 18:23:35

Oh. But is it too cheeky to just ring them with the code?? grin

JuliaFlyte Fri 21-Sep-12 18:27:23

Go for it, what have you got to lose?!

awaynboilyurheid Fri 21-Sep-12 18:58:52

Thanks have just ordered a fleece, and oops was that a coat too? my hand must have slipped!

abitcoldupnorth Fri 21-Sep-12 19:16:05

right, will have another wine and gird loins.

Euphemia Fri 21-Sep-12 20:21:51

I can't wait for it to be cold enough to wear the one I bought last year. smile

Anyone have this:

Any good? Im very tempted as Im going to need a better coat now DD has started school. School is only ten minutes walk but with a 4yr old and a slow walking 2yr old you can almost double that!

I quite fancy it in the red.

Anyone know what the sizes are like?

ggirl Fri 21-Sep-12 23:37:19

i quite like this...
would it look awful on a size 18 though?

CollieEye Sat 22-Sep-12 00:16:47

Piglechez I've just ordered exactly that coat! Have spent the last few school runs getting soaked. It's a new thing for me aswell, and also have 2 year old dawdler to contend with too. Warm, dry coat is an absolute necessity. Especially in red.

bananaistheanswer Sat 22-Sep-12 00:48:26

Pigley/collie - I bought that very jacket in last year's sale. It is sooooooooo warm and perfect for cold/wet/windy weather. I love it. I've just bought the short jacket in dark blue for £17! Bargain.

BonnyDay Sat 22-Sep-12 07:19:39

I had the shimmer down last year. Loved. Bit size down. Am a 12 and could almost fit into a small.

SilverSixpence Sat 22-Sep-12 09:21:38

Thanks, bought this lovely coat for DS, would have been out of my budget otherwise.

Dollydowser Sat 22-Sep-12 10:35:48

Thanks for the heads up Julia, I had a little spending spree last night. don't think I could have been the only one as I went back this morning to look at the coat I've ordered and it's no longer there, presumably they must have sold out!

TooMuchRain Sat 22-Sep-12 12:31:45

Thanks! Just got a new waterproof for £13 smile

ggirl Sat 22-Sep-12 12:51:54

ooh which one comes out at £13??

TooMuchRain Sun 23-Sep-12 12:57:26

It was this one, not exactly stylish but I like the yellow and really need something with a decent hood for wet dog walks!

HalleLouja Sun 23-Sep-12 13:27:27

Not stylish but looks lovely and warm.

BonnyDay Sun 23-Sep-12 13:30:02

Thanks!! Just bought this one from the outlet store using the code for an amazing double reduction! Am doubtful about colour but usually those bluish colours do suit me. What do you think?
