well Christmas is coming and the department stores may mistake you for one of the Santa helpers. I wouldnt, but if you can pull it off, go for it.

I know, I know. They are good leggings, but I can't say that I've tried many others other than H&M and Primark - both horrendous. They don't fall down , I can say that for them. You need to size up from your normal size - I am normally a 10 and I get medium. I don't know what they think they are doing with all their imagery etc. They started out as an ethically produced clothing company in California (and they still are)...I think it is meant to appeal to teenagers or something.

The american apparel ones are really nice. I have them in the dark green and have never been sniggered at for looking like an elf. I couldn't pull the elf thing off though.. too tall!
They are still going strong but I baulked at the cost initially too.
