Something to go with my loved-but-never-worn boots?

I have these boots (sorry if the pic cones up small, but you get the basic shape. I love them but have never really had occasion to wear them.

Would they.look ok with a 60s style shift? I loved French Connection Bex Beads in navy, but never snapped it up, and was thinking of that kind of thing. Any suggestions?

To be honest, they aren't really my cup of tea, therefore I can't really see what they would go with, if you get what I mean...
