Oily T Zone but mid 30s - can I do anti ageing plus shine control?

I am an outdoor person and continually either running around after children, dogs, etc, and having a dilemma with skincare.
I still get an extremely oily T zone but want anti ageing eye/face products in general. Do any of you use toners or clarifying lotions that actually work and also apart from pressed powder do you have any tips for in the day?

Homemade vitamin c toner a few times a week would reduce the oil and assist anti aging.
