Less than 10 days until a wedding and a holiday....will be unabl eto avoid looking like a blimp, but can I sort hair/skin in that time?

I'll be 22 weeks pg with DC2, so will not be wafting about in a summary frock looking all pretty, but lumping about in maternity balloon top and black trousers feeling hefty. Then off for hols in France which will be fine until I catch sight of self in shop window/toilet mirrors/photo DH takes.

Can't go nuts with a detox when pg...also not enough self-loathing to go through that! But what can I do to improve hair/skin/general appearance in about a week??
