Everyone has free returns atm, if you just google the site then the homepage shows 10% off, free delivery and free returns for all.

(oh and I am a stockpiller too, I have millions of the things, have considered selling them on e-bay I have so many)

Sorry they are supposed to refund delivery costs if goods are returned or they are notified of your intent to return within 7 days according to the distance selling regulations but they are under no obligation to pay for returns. Does Boden refund delivery costs in accordance with DSR?
