Help, broken perfume squirter

any chance of recovering this one? I have the Prada pink one and although the atomiser depresses, hardly anything comes out. it was working fine until a couple of days ago, and i haven't done anything obv to break it. A pain, because it's nearly full. I bought it a year ago duty free , so no chance of taking it back.

It doesn't seem straightforward to remove the entire atomiser head, it's very stiff.

Any fixy tips?

Go into Debenhams or local stockist and ask for the address for Prada faulty returns. Send the fragrance away and they can examine for fault. It will be easy for them to determine that it wasn't dropped. They will then be able to replace it for you. I worked in fragrance for years. If the spray is broken then it's buggered and you can't fix it yourself normally. Prada ambre have a lot of returns for the reason you described and it is a very common fault. Hope this helps!

Yes, I agree with peacelover. I had a bottle of Calvin Klein Obsession where the same thing happened. I sent it back to them and they sent me a new bottle PLUS a free bottle of Eternity for my inconvenience! I was very pleased with such lovely customer service. Hope Prada are equally accomodating!

Hurrah - a happy ending. Peacelover, it worked exactly as you said - thanks so much for the tips. House of Fraser gave me the contact number for Puig UK who distribute Prada fragances. Spoke to a lovely lady who sent me an SAE and this very morning received a brand new package of Prada Amber. Result!
