Tights with sandels. Ok or complete nono

Hi all,

Am stuck on this one, can you advise please:

Size 14, 38, look good in knee length skirts, legs ok (quite sporty) but look much better in tights.

So its not actually raining and I want to wear my new strappy sandels.

Options:

1. No tights (sacrificing help with legs)
   
2. Tights with no toes (but ugly ends before toes)
   
3. Very sheer ie 7 dernier tights with toe seam but no toe box
   

Is three a complete no go, or the best of the options?

Agree no tights. Absolute rule. But maybe toe-less tights if any joins/seams are completely hidden.

My first thought was absolute no, then I started into that dodgy territory maybe this would be ok.....

Fake tan is the ideal soln, and use for special event, this is more for casual evening out midweek.

Can anyone recommend toe less tights with easy to hide ends? M&S are quite chunky.

Earlier this year I had a "do" on a day with unexpected nice weather and didn't have time to fake tan. Boots No 7 make a temporary one, like a stocking cream, it is thick and gooey to put on but didn't smudge off, needed hot water and soap to remove it.

Sunshimmer from boots, in atube, is sooooo easy to put on. Moisturise first and its easy peasy and natural looking. Or wear leggings.
