Barely black tights and bow clips on shoes

It's all very well for you - I am dark of complexion and "natural" tights always look stupid on me as they are paler than my leg. But I don't like to expose my bare legs except on the hottest summer days when I am not at work.

So I like "barely black" (only with black clothes mind).

Not clip on bows though. Am I forgiven?
