Thick tights for me, not children

I want some woolly tights, not opaque ones. Where can I get some? Black ones please.
M&S website doesn't seem to be particularly helpful.

I'm wearing some lovely grey ones from Tesco. Can't recall if they had black too though.

white stuff have some lovely thick woolly tights. I got some last year that are cable like the kids - love them
