Does anyone have the White Co. Button Detail Dress?

And if, so, does it cling to tights, etc.?
I've just received one after weeks of waiting, and it fits really nicely. I'm thinking of wearing it to work tomorrow, but I don't have a slip to go under it and am worried it'll cling, cause static, etc.

Any feedback? Is a petticoat Wink needed?

Spray the inside with hairspray. That reduces static cling.

Aha, cunning idea.
Don't have any, but is easier to get hold of around here than a petticoat.

Thanks!

(Afterthought:
It won't damage the dress, will it? It's wool/silk/cashmere, I am a little wary of blitzing it.)

Oooo is it nice? I leer over it, and have a 20% off code....and....and...

...I'm too fat and too tall for it aaren't I? Size 16-18 adn 5ft 10.

What sort of fit is it?

I have it but not worn it out yet. Tried it on and put massive silky control pants over tights which made it hang nicely, think a slip would be good.

Treedelivery I am same 5 foot 9 and length is lovely.

Oh how tempting. I could get everyone to club together and it could be my Christmas pressi.

Mind you, I only go to work [uniform], school and Sainsbury's. Why on earth do I need it?

AuldAlliance, spray yourself in your tights and maybe wear a slinky/well fitting camisole/vest thing? Then the dress isn't getting directly sprayed.

It is v flattering and not, as WC jersey stuff often is IME, too clingy, showing bra strap outlines, etc.

I am 5'5 (I think) and a size 8/10. Am a bit worried that it looked good because I have had a tummy bug and not eaten for 2 days and may look less lovely once I have begun noshing again...
Magic pants may be the way to go.

Thanks again for the tips re hairspray.

Tempting.

At a size 8/10 and 5'5 I think you should nosh away in the comfort that you have great figure and a bloody fab dress too. Bonza!
