HELP - black tie party - dress needed for very pregnant me, probably sat in wheel chair all evening.

Title says it all really. DH's Christmas do is in a couple of weeks and I want need a new dress.

I will be seven months pregnant, but rather huge of bump, possibly in flat shoes and on crutches or, more likely I can wear heels and use my chair.

I'm 5' 7", dark blonde, size 12 and fair/freckly skinned.

I don't know which will look best sitting down all evening - full-length or shorter (showing off pregnant cankles :()

Please dress me for the minimum of cost!
