My exH has recently had a new baby with his partner and I've found out that they've already split up. I have 2 DC with them and thus far has co-parented fairly amicably - he's paid roughly CMS amounts of maintenance but he lives outside the EU so it's not enforceable I don't think. How will the new baby affect that? I know it's a bit of a "how long is a piece of string" question but it's hard to work out from calculators online as they don't ever take into account that the NRP might be paying maintenance to more than one person.
I'm so annoyed that his stupid decisions lead to my children missing out, but that's a whole other post...They already don't see him often as he lives abroad and the money was about the only good thing he was doing for them. Now they're going to lose out on money and time.
