I was really worried he had been put off by the crowd and then by the false start. DH on the other hand was saying 'He's won it, he's won it' from about 50m in. GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD! Grin

I was there today :D :D Just past the finish line, so literally 50 feet away from him (row 13!!) watching the big screen to find out confirmation he had won! I got the moment on shaky video in fact, heh.

Just beyond awesome. The atmosphere was off the scale. Best £45 I ever spent on a ticket for anything. Cannot believe I was lucky enough to get tickets, although there was a LOT of hitting refresh involved and wasted hours!!

DD1 (almost 6) was there with me, I think she takes it for granted that GB win like that.. erm. She had an absolutely wonderful time though.
