Face spot pressure?!

So I've got a spot next to my nose with no real yellow head yet but it fucking hurts! The upper tip of it is about 1cm across (I can see it on my own face!) but underneath the skin it's about the size of a £2 coin? It's caused the inside of my left nostril to close and I can feel it under my left eye.

I've just tried popping it because the pressure is immense but I can't get anything out :( it's like it will be a volcano but it's not ready yet :(

Anything I can to relieve the pressure? It hurts so much!

Btw this looks like it might have about 5 heads.. about 3 weeks ago one came up and I squeezed a ton of liquid pus a cheesy shit out of it and it felt so much better but left a lump which has exploded in size tonight it's awful!

Heat can help bring it up (teaspoon straight from mug of boiling water held against your skin, as hot as you can bear)

Ok so it's not showing the swelling very well but I can assure you it definitely is there :( going to get some mag sulphate tomorrow!

Yes I would try getting some heat on it in the mean time, hot damp flannel?

Hmmm, I'm not sure that that is a "normal" spot... It could be a boil or something like that, maybe even an insect bite that has gone a bit septic

How long have you had it?

(HAve you got someone lined up to film any attempt at squeezing it?)

@OlennasWimple I've had it for about 3 weeks I have cystic acne anyway and waiting for a referral for going back on roaccutane it's rank!

Had some drainage! No cheesy ness yet but neon green pus drained out this morning (sorry) the pressure has eased and I think it'll either refill or just go back to being a blob.

But the pus also came out of my nose because I got a needed and popped it to see what would happen it was like a stream of pus and blood for about 5 minutes so gross but I feel so much better!

Gotta go out now massive spot and all as it's still weeping and can't put makeup on that!
