I love them all.

For me though, I just go weak at the knees for mega earwax. So satisfying to see it just hooked or pulled out of the ear in one huge lump. My life ambition is to have a ear syringe.

Infected cysts. But I have recently discovered that I prefer people doing the squeezing to be wearing gloves. There was one the other day with bare hands and not very clean fingernails and that's the bit that was almost too much for me. (Which I freely admit is just weird.)

I can't bring myself to watch the ones filmed in India (?) they seem a bit exploitative to me and it worries me that whoever makes them seeks our very poor people with serious health conditions that haven't been treated.

I've recently discovered a liking sinus flushing videos. They aren't my first love as nothing beats a cyst. My OH had a beautiful perianal abcess, would he let me drain it? No! Apparently it was an a&e/hospital job. I'm deprived.
