Well done !

Both of you need to take your time to assimilate it, although nothing about her has changed one little bit, (how could it, she's the same person before and after dx) sometimes it's hard reading the dx reports as they only focus on the deficits, not the whole person and it can hit you emotionally rather harder than you'd expect.

It's also up to her who she wants to know, school staff need to if she needs help with anything, but apart from that, she can choose to keep it to herself or to broadcast it from the rooftops, whatever she's comfortable with. Star Flowers Bear

Yes, well done! Not always so easy getting dx for girls. Hopefully things are getting better. Good luck for the future. :-)
