I am having to put together a submission and was wondering does anyone know of a template that can be used?

There is no template and I read something on here recently which had a really valid point: they can spot the ones which have been done based on someone else's from the internet - probably cos all the same phrases are used - and it probably makes them doubt the validity.

What I did was used all of the criteria (J's tribunal was fighting for high rate mobility on the grounds of mental impairment) and then wrote why he met that criteria, backing up my examples with quoted examples from CAMHS/ school/ OT/ EP reports.
