got maxidex rather than maxitrol to treat gastro over granulation -will it still work the same?

have looked both of them up and they both contain anti inflammatory dexamethasone

however maxitrol also has couple of other ingredients (two antibiotics, polymyxin B sulphate and neomycin sulphate which act against organisms which cause infection)

Maxitrol is the only thing I've heard of being prescribed for this stuff

prescription was faxed to gp from community nurse so could have been misread I guess. Would imagine gp wouldn't be that sure either what with it being out of license sorta script

anyone help? leave till the morrow yreckon and call comm nurse or slap it on?
