Dyspraxia 10 month signs?

Hi everyone
I just wondered what the early signs were that your child had verbal dyspraxia.

My son is almost 11 months old and I am concerned. He does not copy babble at all but he does try to respond. At age 8 months he began doing growl back of throat sounds but no consonant sounds. In the last month he has begun doing more cooing and saying sounds ng, g. He once said meh and copied a kiss but hasn't done that in over a month. I babble and repeat single words to him constantly. He watches my mouth closely but responds by smiling, touching my mouth or doing his growl type sound or ng. He has had a tongue tie cut twice as regrew but it has not changed his speech.
I'm not really concerned with his understanding or social skills. He responds to his name, smiles and comes to me for attention. He plays and initiates peekaboo, if I say ta he will give me whatever he has and then smile when I give it back. He understands no, in and if I say fish he will look at our fish tank and get excited. I'm pretty sure he also knows I'm mum as if someone says it 9/10 he will look to me.

Could anyone please let me know if this odd back of throat sound was something your child did or related to dyspraxia or if there is anything I should be looking out for. I'm modelling basic makaton nsigns but he's not copying.

Lots and lots of animated babble - but very few actual words, and those there were were pronounced very inconsistently. By nursery starting age - some very unclear 2 word utterances, and by school start age I could probably understand around 25% of what she said as her mother... she's come a long long way now though - still immature sounding speech that drops out in clarity in the middle of longer phrases, but fully intelligible and a right royal chatterbox now.
