Have you ever heard of the feldenkrais method?

Has anyone got any knowledge or experience of the feldenkrais method? I’ve just come accross it by chance and been reading up on it... I’m still not sure what it is! Or if it would help children...

Nice exercise, no known medical or other benefits.

If someone likes doing it then it probably can't do any harm, and a little exercise and getting out privacy has a value on its own. Like a lot of therapies if someone has a desired outcome attached to it then there is a chance it will happen, but no more so than if that person believed eating a sugar cube every day would have the same effect.
