Dla: what is normal? Does the table still exist?

I'm trying to fill in a dla form for my daughter who has hypermobility and potentially ADHD. She is a bedwetter at 8yrs old which is why her ADHD support worker has suggested we do this. I have searched lots on the subject if the dla form including using the cerebral guide. But j am struggling to give the comparisons to an NT child - as I don't have one - my only reference is a 3yr old.
I have read somewhere that the assessors guide gives a table of expected child capabilities - but i can't find it anywhere. Can anyone help?

I know there is a decision makers guide which you can google by writing "dla decision makers guide" but I don't think it has a table of comparisons with average children - it's organised by diagnosis.

I used lists of typical child milestones from the internet and asked around my friends with kids of the same age to see how much help they give their children. Even though I have an older child it was hard to think back to how independent he was at the same age! An 8 year old would usually be mostly independent with toileting so you will need to state (repeatedly!) how much help your dd needs in the night and how often.

a link to some stats possibly not the most conservative but the original source looks reasonably legit

Is enuresis clinic an option? As mum to an NT 10 year old bedwetter, desmopressin has made a big difference to all of us.
