Fabulous with us.

It's a long drawn out prodedure to find out if there has been negligence but it is worth doing to get a full picture of what happened. In our case everything that could be done was done and really it would have needed a crystal ball to have avoided the outcome.

Very harrowing reading the reports and how ill (as in dead Sad) DS was at birth. No money for DSs continuing care but also no anger and bitterness that things could have been different.

Solicitors were very good though.

We only have experience of them in community care law, but we have been perfectly happy with them.

Its an advantage to have solicitors with a franchise for legal aid for community care law too, in case you want to seek social care and support for a disabled child as well.
