The school think that DS has ADHD and they're referring him for assessment.

What happens next? Confused

Hi,
After an initial assessment we were given a questionnaire to fill out and also one was sent to the school to complete. I think it was called the Conners questionnaire. Once completed the paediatrician discussed the results and which areas my ds found difficult e.g impulsivity, attention, hyperactivity. It was fairly quick to fill in! It wasn't appropriate in my ds's case as he has problems with social interaction/communication ?ASD but I think the paediatrician wanted to rule out adhd/add first before further assessments. Good luck :)
