Can anyone recommend a good SEN School (state or Private) in East London or Essex please?

Hello,
My 13 year old daughter has cerebral palsy and in year 8 at a main-stream school. She has struggled both educationally and socially at this school and for a while I have questioned if main-stream is the right environment for her. Her disability mainly effects her mobility and she has mild to moderate. learning disability. I recently commissioned a private EP report and the results show she should be in a special needs school. I am at a loss where to start as the schools in my borough are limited.
Any recommendations of good schools (state or private) in the East London/Essex or surrounding area's would appreciated.
