Hi,
My son is 10 and has a diagnosis of dyspraxia and sensory processing disorder. His behaviour can be a problem at school often due to meltdowns caused by sensory issues or borne out of frustration. Recently he has had great difficulty getting to sleep which has caused him to become very tired in the day and his behaviour has sharply disproved (2 phone calls re same from school so far this week). Am considering restarting OT for sensory issues and maybe GP for ?? melatonin but first would like to maybe try relaxation cds to help him get to sleep. Good idea/bad idea?? And if good idea, and suggestions?
Thanks
