Tribunal related help

Hi,

I'm appealing parts 2, 3 & 4.

You know regarding independent reports, what happens if a report says one thing and another report says another thing.

For example, one report said DS needs to work in a group with a minimum ratio of 1:2..another report says DS needs to work in a group with a maximum ratio of 1:3. The independent school, that I want DS to go to, says children are in groups with a ratio of 1:3.

Would this cause an issue with the whole tribunal thing and that I'm working on the working document.

If one says a minimum of 1:2 and the other a maximum of 1:3 then they are not contridictory. I presume this is balancing social interaction and support?

They don't always tally up perfectly which makes sense as they are not scripted reports.

If they both said exactly the same things they would have to be in cohoots ;0)
