Hi ,i'm new so please be gentle with me!,my Ds has recently been given a short screen for Dyslexia for which they confirmed that yes he was Dyslexia ...but the more i look at Dyspraxia i feel he falls into that catagory to !,heres just a few things he struggles with on an everyday basis ...MEMORY -cannot remember or follow more than one instruction and even that he forgets at times ...ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS- are almost non exsistant ..CLUMSY AND MESSY- terriblly messy with eating and putting things away ..SHOELACES -he can sort of do it but its not very effective and prefers to just tuck them in !!!HYGENE-forgets to shower and brush teeth iff not reminded ,will wash his hair but forgets to use shampoo or soap !!! CONFIDENCE - not very confident at all ,would prefer to look down when talking to someone instead of at them ,plus he fights terrible with his younger sibling ,they just dont seem to get along at all ...any advice would be really appreciated ...thankyou xxx
