Got to share because I'm so pleased!!!

Just bought a Robin trike on ebay, second hand, few bits of rust but only minor for the sum of £6.50 I don't think the seller was a scrap dealer who had no idea of it's value - they are nearly £400 new. Ds loves the one they have in school and it's even the same colour!!

I know exactly how you feel about your trike! Last year DGS with CP was assessed for a trike and the cost with all the supports and accessories...over £2K We were looking at charity funding but time was not on our side as it was spring Sad Looked on ebay and there was a trike quest 88 with all the supports needed, never used and in near perfect condition and for £250. I contacted the mum and arranged pickup! It was so perfect I shoved £300 in her hand. All summer weather permitting we were out on that trike and it was amazing the improvement in his legs. Cant wait for nicer weather as its just waiting to go out again. Smile Hooray for ebay Grin

Fab! I managed to get a Kitten trike for DD - yellow with coloured spots like Mr Tumble's bag - for £100 secondhand. I got it 18 months or 2 years ago, well before she fitted on it, but we kept it and then 6-9 months later gave it to her and she loves it.

DH has been giving it some TLC today! We still can't believe it!
