hi i have a 7 year old daughter with autism.

like most children on the spectrum she has certain behaviours and habits, previously may have been lights on and off, bin lid being closed, lining her shoes up etc etc.

however in the last few weeks she has started licking her hands then touching her shoe then licking her hand again. What others think dont bother me however every time she does it when we are out etc she nearly trips herself or someone else up. also the germs are an issue cus god knows whats on her feet. also if someone bumps into her or she bumps into someone she will lick her hand and then touch her body and say she touched me etc.

just would love to hear if any other parents have any similar experience.
