I have appealed to the lea refusal to assess , begged social services for help , got turned down , lost it and now they are assesing my parenting. the social worker wants to visit , the LEA wants to change the appeal date, and I have had enough of it all , so I have decided to not answer my phone or take my mobile out with me and leave the tossers waiting to contact me for a change . im going to have a nice relaxing week with dd and do nice stuff for a change

Grin good plan! I would just make the one phone call though and that is to change your appeal date to earlier. Only reason being I remember from your other post it was christmas but you dont want to go beyond that. I would hassle them for an earlier date incase you miss an earlier slot. If they insist no then dont get stressed at least you tried. THEN throw the phone away xxx Grin

I wa told SENDIST will try to get your agreement to date change? And don't the LEA need a good reason to do that?

Anyway, good idea to take a break. Hope you have a relaxing time.

unfortunatley with sn child you never have a week off , took 10 year old friend swimming , she playfully splashed my dd in the face , my dd was in a mood that lasted an hour . shes 15 im still fighting for her education , where will it all end , on top the school etc blame me , but no respite is offered her taxi to school has been withdrawn sep and i will probably end up taking her on the fxxking busses to school in the winter, and im disabled myself . i wouldent change her for the world , but why always the fighting for things other kids take forgranted.
