tribuneral date change

were going to tribuneral , refusal to asses dd, lea requested date change as too near to xmas , i dont want the date changed , yet i have recived letter from tribuneral asking me to sort out a new date with lea ????? just want a break from contacting the incompetent ba@@@@@ards ,shall I leave it and let them contact me ???
