SN children

Ds is off the P- scales!!

Ds is 10, has autism was completely non verbal till last year!
In his assessments this year he has actually reached NC 1a's on all subjects.
This really is a massive acheivement for him and we are so proud of him (even if he does'nt have a clue about what he has acheived)
I don't often post here on sn, but just wanted to share with people who understand just how marvelous he is. :)

wtg it IS massive achievement my ds is moderate asd (age 11) and hes only on 2 or 3 in most subjects so getting to a 1a on all subjects for your ds is fantastic give him a treat even if he doesnt know why and a certificate maybe thats really cheered me ty for sharing

That is fantastic!! My boy is on P scales and I can well empathise with how great it must feel to have hit those 1A levels!!! Well done to DS

Oh fantastic, ,my DD has come off them in 2 things but levels p7 and 8's in the rest, I cant wait till she is off them, you must be so excited :)

That's great news! I think that there is a tendancy to "write off" our SN children, but they can learn!

It's just great when they make such good progress!

My DD had a cracking good school report; I am so proud of her!
