Hello: I am in the middle of a big decision, I have to named my DS secondary school on the EHCP; DS has ASD and ADHD, he has a full time 1:1 TA at the school and he is flourishing!
He was able to sit for the grammar test and he score 215 pass mark 294, to be honest I was specking something worst than that.
Dilema is I know he is very good with his maths and he can do very well at the grammar. All his social problems at the moment are with girls, therefore I do believe that separation from girls until he will be more mature can be so beneficial for him and he is one of those persons that performs well under pressure.
Is someone here had or have some experience with SEN kids at the grammar or had a similar situation? I don’t know what to do, please help. Any advice is welcome.
