Just got one of these second hand. I don't really use a sling much anymore but I wanted something for occasional use for my 7mo that I could reuse during the newborn stage if we have a second child.

I saw lots of people on here have recommended it as being something you can wear for a while without back ache but when I tried it with ds (back carry) it really hurts to wear. It feels like I'm wearing a backpack filled with rocks! Is it worth keeping it for a possible second baby (I have a stretchy wrap as well)? Is it more comfortable carrying on the front?
