Breastfeeding and extra Healthy Extras

When I re-join SW postpartum, I was handed a leaflet re breastfeeding, and that was that. No further discussion had. Now it states extra Healthy Extras, but does actually say how many or what, because the examples are all calcium based I assumed it would just be extra HeA’s but someone has said it’s both (with the larger focus on calcium).
What have others been told? Another HeB would be amazing as so often I feel starving and another HeB would be a big game changer, because I often will have say some fruit to tide me over to a meal but it just won’t cut it and I sometimes cave and then the syns rack up, where the HeB would fill the hole!

@babycatcher411 ask your consultant, if you can't get advice from them then its pointless paying to go ? Sorry still pregnant so not sure 🤷🏻‍♀️ xxx

I think it depends on the age of the baby but my friend has 2 b choices and I think 3/4 A choices.

I was told that I was allowed 1 Hex A ( that's the calcium right?) and no more Bs 😭

It’s in the leaflet and on the slimming world website - 5 or 6 healthy extras (depending on age of the baby) preferably 3 or 4 of them from A choices

So yes, you can have an extra b choice if you want.

I can’t lose weight while breastfeeding. It’s supposed to burn calories but I’m one of the unlucky ones for whom the hormones prevent weight loss. If I started eating extra I’d gain weight.

Thanks everyone.
I don’t seem to be having much successful anyway losing weight, but I think that’s more down to my lack of will power when DP binge eats at the weekend!
