Hi, please can anyone tell me syns for full fat Greek yogurt.
I've done SW before but have lately been trying low carbing.
I'm thinking SW is going to be better for me as I love fruit too much!
But I love ff Greek yogurt so I'm wondering if I can still enjoy some on SW depending on syns.....
