Does it matter if it's 30% or 50% reduced fat? Starting actual group but it's not on until next Thursday and want to get a head start tomorrow, A Pinch of Nom just says reduced fat cheese but doesn't specify which one!
As an aside, look out for Protein Cheese. It’s not pleasant to eat on it’s own (bit rubbery) but you get 70g as a HE, as opposed to 40g of reduced fat cheese and it’s ok in cooking. I’m new to SW but it was a WW staple. I buy it when it’s on offer at Morrison’s, grate it and freeze it. Try to grate it in a food processor as you might cut yourself grating it by hand because of it’s rubbery texture.
