Hi! I have just bought the 0% fat muesli and fruit yoghurts. I cannot find the syn value (or if they are free) anywhere!
Any help from anyone?

I can't find them either but if you email syns online with the nutritional info they can help.

Have you put them through the syn calculator? Otherwise I would ring the syn hotline and they will clarify the syns and update the SW app.
